Limitations on posting links and such in posts are annoying.

Regarding the tourney. Choosing of captains, recommend, having a vote on this subject instead of using kdr decide the matter. Voting brings participation and will have people decide who they want to lead or think is best to. Kdr doesn't mean they can lead they can just get kills. The Draft, recommend, competitive gameplay of the remaining players that are not captains to play against each other while the captains watch via spectator or the stream itself. It's easier to gauge skill and thought when watching and not participating their own thought and skill into playing the game at the same time.
